Multi-agent system orchestrating dynamic computational workflows from 65+ protein engineering tools.
PRIME addresses the fragmentation and technical complexity that hinder practical application of AI in protein engineering. The system interprets high-level engineering objectives and autonomously constructs custom computational pathways by reasoning over a library of more than 65 validated protein tools. By grounding every step in verifiable tool execution, PRIME mitigates hallucination risks from general-purpose AI agents.
